I ordered some bracelets featuring Bible verses as Christmas gifts. When the package arrived, it was missing a few items. It seemed like it had opened during shipping and was re-taped. I reached out to the company via email to explain the situation, mentioning that it was a Christmas gift. They promptly reshipped not only the missing items but also the entire order, even including an add-on to turn one into a keychain. They sent it via two-day air, allowing me to receive it in time for gifting. The recipient loved them, and I was thrilled as well. I kept one of the extras and gave the rest to the recipient, who might share some with friends—spreading the joy.

TL;DR: The service is fantastic! Highly recommend their products! As a long-time customer, I've purchased bracelets and watch bands for personal use and gifts over the years. The representatives are amazing and truly appreciated. While I don’t often need customer service, my experiences have always been pleasant. Last week, I had an interaction that remains unresolved, but it's more about the shipping carrier than the service itself. The carrier would receive negative stars if possible, but I won’t fault the service due to their issues. They upgraded my shipping to ensure a gift arrived by a specific date, but the carrier has repeatedly delayed the delivery, which is disappointing. I plan to inform the service so they can address the shipping charges. Now, back to the review… 😜 Firstly, the bracelets and watchbands are incredibly soft. It's amazing how recycled materials can be transformed into such comfortable items that I wear daily while swimming and showering. After months of use, they still look brand new without any fading. We absolutely LOVE the new interactive bracelets in both scriptures and affirmations. Being able to choose different topics has been uplifting, and the results have been quite fitting for my situations. The NFC tag can be a bit finicky, but adjusting the position usually resolves the issue. My only wish is to have the option to include both scriptures and affirmations on each bracelet. Next, the hoodies are exceptional. They sell out quickly every year, so signing up for the newsletter is a must. We finally secured ours a couple of months ago. These hoodies are heavier than most, which adds to their comfort, feeling like a warm hug. The inside material is wonderfully soft! They have a fantastic pocket feature that keeps belongings secure, which I now miss in my other hoodies. Plus, the swappable strings look much better than regular shoelaces, and we got a few extras to change them based on our mood. Overall, this is a fantastic service with wonderful people doing great things. Their stories and videos are truly inspiring, leaving me feeling uplifted after visiting their page.
Being near Houston, I find it fantastic to support a company from Austin that has strong values. My experience was very positive, and I plan to return. They made my order process seamless, and when I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, they didn't charge me for the return. Instead, they promptly sent me the correct size along with four additional wristbands at no extra cost.
My order was shown as delivered, yet I did not have it. I contacted customer service, and knowing it was a Saturday, made me think, I will be lucky if I hear from them by Monday. Not true. Within minutes of my email, my concern was addressed, and communication was perfect! I found my order at a neighbor's house, but ZOX customer service was phenomenal and made me realize this company truly cares about their customers and I was blown away by the speed and care that was shown to me in finding my order. Once I had my package, I was so very pleased with the quality of my jacket and my bracelets! I love it all!! This company is the best, and I am already shopping for Christmas gifts! Thank you ZOX!
