TL;DR: The service is fantastic! Highly recommend their products! As a long-time customer, I've purchased bracelets and watch bands for personal use and gifts over the years. The representatives are amazing and truly appreciated. While I don’t often need customer service, my experiences have always been pleasant. Last week, I had an interaction that remains unresolved, but it's more about the shipping carrier than the service itself. The carrier would receive negative stars if possible, but I won’t fault the service due to their issues. They upgraded my shipping to ensure a gift arrived by a specific date, but the carrier has repeatedly delayed the delivery, which is disappointing. I plan to inform the service so they can address the shipping charges. Now, back to the review… 😜 Firstly, the bracelets and watchbands are incredibly soft. It's amazing how recycled materials can be transformed into such comfortable items that I wear daily while swimming and showering. After months of use, they still look brand new without any fading. We absolutely LOVE the new interactive bracelets in both scriptures and affirmations. Being able to choose different topics has been uplifting, and the results have been quite fitting for my situations. The NFC tag can be a bit finicky, but adjusting the position usually resolves the issue. My only wish is to have the option to include both scriptures and affirmations on each bracelet. Next, the hoodies are exceptional. They sell out quickly every year, so signing up for the newsletter is a must. We finally secured ours a couple of months ago. These hoodies are heavier than most, which adds to their comfort, feeling like a warm hug. The inside material is wonderfully soft! They have a fantastic pocket feature that keeps belongings secure, which I now miss in my other hoodies. Plus, the swappable strings look much better than regular shoelaces, and we got a few extras to change them based on our mood. Overall, this is a fantastic service with wonderful people doing great things. Their stories and videos are truly inspiring, leaving me feeling uplifted after visiting their page.
