Really disappointed with the Process. Firstly very few questions asked about the condition of the selling item and based on that high price is quoted. Upon checking for xyz reason a very low counter offer is made. The returning of items is very slow and charged 3,95€. So basically a very high expectation (in terms of Price) is created and in the end the return offer is very low and we end up bearing extra shipping costs. The return process is also extremely slow and takes more than a week.There was one order of mine where the accepted price of my item was different from the money that was transferred to my account.I have been trying to follow up regarding this for the past one week but there is no reply whatsoever. Customer support is extremely slow and do not answer at all. There is no way to track the tickets raised and hence one has to retype the complaint again unless you have saved the template. But anyway no use of sending reminder mails since they are also unanswered. I shall never recommend this site. Regards,Varun
