I am extremely disappointed with ZOXS. My smartphone was delivered to them on Monday (Status: "Paket eingegangen"). They requested an invoice, which I sent immediately to verkaufen at zoxs.de, but since then, total silence. No reply to my emails or social media. This lack of communication is unacceptable. If I don't receive any explanation about my order #1671898 , I will escalate to authorities.

Prior to shipment, I documented the phone’s condition with high-resolution photographs, which clearly contradicts your claim of 'visible scratches.' This discrepancy is entirely unacceptable. It is deeply concerning that your assessment does not align with the actual state of the device I provided. I expect this matter to be rectified immediately, as I will not accept the return of my property in any condition less than what was originally documented.
I bought a phone that turned out to be seriously faulty. The customer service told me that it was their decision how to proceed and that I could not simply refuse a repair. A full refund, they said, would only be a gesture of goodwill.However, as a buyer in the EU, you are entitled to a two-year warranty (“Gewährleistung”), which means you can demand a refund if a product is defective and a repair is not acceptable.After standing my ground and involving PayPal, the company finally confirmed that no repair would be carried out and refunded me in full.Know your rights!
Ordered a phone in Sept 2025. My account was charged, yet the phone never arrived. DHL tracking still says ‘in transit’, now for over a month. Contacted support, after the 3rd email they replied that they need to investigate, after another couple of emails they refused to refund while DHL investigation is ongoing. I don’t have my money, I don’t have the phone, it’s been over a month. Their support is not replying anymore. I would advise to never order from them. A comment on ZOXS comment below:there is no proof of handover. DHL tracking status for this shipment still says "in transit", it does NOT say "delivered". So this is a lie from the seller. The seller's compensation from DHL is not the consumers concern. This is a not delivered, but paid for purchase. I have the 100% right to get my money back ASAP.
i'm not getting the proceeds from my sales via the app out of obscure reasons (zoxs asks me to change the method of money transfer, but doesn't let me change it on their website) and customer service basically doesn't exist. no contact email and their chat bot is apparently on lunch break as well.
