Too risky! My 3-week old iPhone was estimated at €453, and sent in according to all instructions -- taped in bubblewrap and closed in a special carton for sending handys. Taped multiple times. No indication outside of contents. Used the Retoure Aufkleber sent me by Zoxs with €500 insurance (which is useless, since DHL doesn't weigh packages with Retoure Aufkleber, so you can't prove the contents were ever in the box). I receive the 3rd message from Zoxs that happily says my package arrived, but this one says the "package was empty. Maybe I forgot to put it in?" What?? How could my box pass through 2 checkpoints at Zoxs before someone realised that it was slit open on the side, the bubble wrap and tracking paper were still inside, but no phone??? Zoxs has been no help, other than taking themselves out of the negotiation with DHL. 3 months later and 2 disputes with DHL dismissed (1: not adequately packed. 2: didn't meet their packing requirements). There is a large theft problem when shipping phones, in particular. Zoxs must know that either they or DHL have a theft problem. My next step is hiring a lawyer, as I was encouraged to do by the Verbraucherzentrale, since this is apparently a large problem.
