It takes forever to even reply the emails or for an order status update! Worst and slowest service I have ever experienced in Germany! The return takes more than 2 weeks to process it (moreover it isn't free)! The promised price for the goods sold to them are also not guaranteed for the condition of the product as described. I would not recommend selling anything to them. Rather go for other competitors like Wirkaufens or Clevertronic who provide quick service and a free quick return.
