I sold my device to Zoxs on March 28th under order number 1495141. As of today, May 6th, I still haven’t received the promised payment of €1100.The expected payment date on my account keeps getting postponed (currently showing May 5th), and this constant delay is unacceptable. This experience has led me to seriously question the reliability and trustworthiness of this platform.I am formally requesting a clear update and full payment within 24 hours. Otherwise, I will take legal action to resolve the matter.EDIT: I already PAID for the return; why is stil missing? How can I have my product back?
