They attached some pictures where to justify the price drop based on some scratches that i cannot see on the pictures. I might even go as far as understanding that the condition of the phone is subjective, but you cannot make somebody wait 6 weeks for that.Considering their turn around times, you feel somehow forced to accept the new offer as it might take another eternity for your item to be returned to you, possibly at your own expense. In addition having to pay 20€ for your own shipping is not fair. Considering the amount of platforms that offer this type of service, i would suggest staying away from Zoxs.
