SCAMMERS - They deny receipt of my ~€12k worth GLS-package despite having a Proof of Delivery docume

This complaint is regarding my Auftragsnummer # 1409935The Order is associated with a ~25kg weighted huge (XL sized) GLS package - that allegedly ZOXS is not able to find within its own "warehouse". A Package that is as huge as a small dining table they cannot seem to find.The Package is worth EUR 11.617,84 (7-pieces of brand-new Apple MacBooks)The Package was delivered to ZOXS on 09/10/2024 - having both the Tracking and the Proof of Delivery document confirming this fact.The Package was signed for by their associate named "Imad" - and his/her signature was obtained during delivery.Despite this fact, the company says that they've never received my Package, nor they could have found it within their warehouse.On top of this, they do not answer to my eMails at all. (I've never received a response from them)The only way to contact them is by phone - which takes approx. 1 hour queue before I can get to speak to a human being, as it is only one person (the same person always) answering calls.According to the AGB of ZOXS, they must pay me:Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen § 5 Einsendung (2):"Die Transportgefahr, d.h. das Risiko der Beschädigung oder des Verlusts, trägst Du bis zur Aushändigung der Ware durch das Transportunternehmen an uns."Despite this contractual stipulation, ZOXS has no interest in paying me - they are simply breaching their own Terms, and they do not care about their obligation to pay that is by the way arising from their own Terms, that was written by them directly.I have even tried to resolve the case by reporting non-delivery to GLS, to which an Affidavit is needed to be completed by ZOXS - in which document ZOXS must declare under both criminal liability & lieu of oath that, they've never received the package despite all these facts, incl. the POD & their signature.Obviously, ZOXS is not willing to fill out this form either - they are simply ignoring this request from me as well by never responding.Unfortunately, ZOXS has made up in mind to steal nearly €12k - as it is a scammer company.No other choice left for me now but to report this crime of theft to the Polizei and let them deal with this, they are criminals after all.NOW you all should be aware, ZOXS may will shut the company down and exit scam you all very soon...PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!UPDATE: Contrary to their promise given here within their response, they still haven't added my package to my account. Today I've phoned them again, and at this time they were asking me for an additional time until Wednesday 16/10/2024 to locate the package within their warehouse since they claim that, they have received 800 packages within one day.I am convinced that they are just stalling me to gain time until they get rid of my items. The agent over the phone even said the following that: "We do not have your package ANYMORE". What does the "ANYMORE" mean ? - I never got a response on this, either.The agent has promised to get back to me via eMail and confirm the aforementioned deadline - which of course, never happened. They again have refused to sign the affidavit, too.ZOXS is not willing to respond anything in writing - they do not respond to any of my eMails.As a result of this, I am now filing the Police crime report against ZOXS GmbH for a high value theft.I hope the Polizei will shut these scammers down soon, and they'll learn their lesson.
