I bought a kidswatch (XPLORA X6 Play [Kinder-Smartwatch] schwarz), which does NOT indicate it's with an eSIM. So I tried to refund, it's super time-consuming and difficult! I first need to write a letter with the template and literally sign it. Then they replied the email and wanted me to send it by post, and not willing to pay the shipping. I always replied the question immediately, but they only reply me the next day, now it's already 6 days after the purchase which makes me suspect their intention of the slow path.
