The staff seemed disengaged, often more interested in chatting than assisting visitors. I was surprised by the limited number of animals present and found the prices at the restaurant to be excessive. My previous visits were much more enjoyable, and I left feeling disappointed, especially since we didn't see many of the expected animals. I don’t plan to return.
