A DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. After three years, I attempted to reconnect my office service based on assurances of improvements. I expected better, but encountered the same old issues of incompetence and unreliability. I plan to use the service for only one month and will NEVER want to hear about this provider again. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
