HIGHLY UNSATISFIED with the service. After three years, I decided to reconnect based on claims of improvements. I hoped for better but faced the same issues of incompetence and unreliability. I will only use the service for one month and NEVER want to hear about this provider again. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
I am truly let down by the customer service. Despite numerous calls throughout the day seeking assistance, no technician has arrived as promised. I even paid for the service, but nothing has been accomplished. This situation is incredibly frustrating; it feels like I’m dealing with individuals who don’t value their customers. Very poor service and a lack of professionalism. I cannot recommend this service!

Very poor service encountered during our move. We shifted locations and had 10 days of remaining internet, but after two days of calls, they kept delaying. I even found one of their technicians on the street and brought him to my house. After entering, he took my phone number and account details, saying he would send someone, but then he vanished!
Beware of scammers and liars; do not put your money near this company. I paid over a week ago and have called multiple times daily, only to hear that someone is on the way or that they will arrive by 8 AM the next day. The internet quality is unstable, and maintenance seems to occur every few days, leading to network outages. It's a nightmare; consider other providers!
The internet service is a nightmare. Customer service agents seem trained to deceive their clients. Paying money to this company feels like a guaranteed scam. This provider is a front for dishonest practices. It's baffling why authorities haven't shut down this fraudulent internet service.
I decided to give this provider another chance after nearly 9 months of dissatisfaction. Today, they asked for payment with a promise of reconnection within 15 minutes. After 4 calls and almost 5 hours, the issue was still unresolved despite assurances from three different agents. I doubt I will renew my service. Thanks to one representative for eventually addressing the issue.
This is one of the worst Wi-Fi providers in the area, particularly if you need to game or use the internet for anything substantial. You’re better off purchasing data than subscribing to their service. Customer care often doesn’t answer calls, resulting in very poor service overall.
