I initially purchased a frother during a sale in 2018. Recently, it began to decline and ultimately stopped functioning. I reached out to the support team regarding the warranty and because it was the only platform that had the design I desired. The customer service was excellent, and I now have a new frother in the same beautiful design, along with a bonus frother. The thank you cards were a nice touch too. I will keep buying from this company.
