I purchased a super automatic coffee/espresso/latte machine about a year ago, and I absolutely love it! It offers numerous features at a fraction of the cost compared to others I've encountered. I enjoy my latte warm, while my husband prefers his Americana piping hot. My son-in-law always opts for his double espresso when he visits. We each have our own tastes, and with just one touch on the screen, we access our personalized favorites. I contacted the customer support team, and they were exceptional. They replied promptly and addressed all my inquiries. That's quite impressive these days. Excellent product and outstanding customer service. I am now a loyal customer!
I initially purchased a frother during a sale in 2018. Recently, it began to decline and ultimately stopped functioning. I reached out to the support team regarding the warranty and because it was the only platform that had the design I desired. The customer service was excellent, and I now have a new frother in the same beautiful design, along with a bonus frother. The thank you cards were a nice touch too. I will keep buying from this company.
I really appreciate the mission and purpose behind the company. The items I received are of excellent quality. I tried the popcorn popper, but unfortunately, I don't have any videos or pictures. Almost all kernels popped, and it tasted wonderful. Instead of using the popcorn button, I set it for 2:35, and it was perfect. I definitely intend to order from the company again. The customer service is also commendable.
It's not often today that companies stand behind their products. I appreciate that zulay kitchen does. My frother is one of my favorite kitchen tools. I use it everyday to froth my coffee. I've tried other frothers but this is my favorite.
Special thanks to Lei, who helped me with my panic when my pomegranate juicer got hung up halfway here for almost two days. I had a big container full of pomegranates that were starting to go bad, from the tree in our yard, and didn't want to have to throw too many away. I didn't have to. The juicer works quite well, I'm very happy with it, and the customer service was great.
My milk frother stopped working after a few years. Submitted the warranty replacement online and was quickly sent a replacement (with an extra!!) within a couple days. Just had to pay for shipping. Great company and your excellent customer service is top notch!!
The customer service has been great. The product has not. I ordered the portable blender for breakfast smoothies. The first one took multiple tries to charge, then stopped working about 10 seconds into the first use. The company was amazing and sent a replacement immediately. The replacement had some charging issues at first but finally charged up. I was able to use it twice, then the charge ran completely out. After TWO smoothies which take least than a minute each to blend. To say I'm less than impressed is am understatement.
