I ordered a pair of soft footbed Birkenstocks in the color sandcastle. They were stuck in California on a mass palette for week. When they finally arrived they were the wrong color and not the correct footbed. I returned them and it took over a week from the time Zulily received them to credit my account. I am very disappointed in this purchase on several levels.
