I ordered from Zulily for the first time in spite of the large amount of negative reviews I read. The sizing was accurately described in most cases. I did notice that between all of the clothing items I ordered, the sizing charts varied between brands which I appreciated. When choosing sizes, I also took fabric type into account. I’m always a small or medium by US standards and my clothing choices were all over the place in sizing. One item I ordered was too large but that’s to be expected when you aren’t trying things on. Before the order shipped, I was able to cancel a couple of items which I had accidentally ordered the incorrect size and my money was refunded without an issue. The clothes aren’t “top” quality but that’s to be expected from the low prices. I would consider this comparable to a Ross or TJ Max. I personally like all of the items I purchased as I can easily take in the $6 dress that was too large. They are transparent with their shipping. I placed the order on the 4th and received it on the 29th, which with COVID, it came earlier than I anticipated. I will order from them again.
