I've been ordering from Zulily for years and the merchandise is always top quality, shipped on time, and just as described so I was 100% satisfied until my last order. What I received was not as pictured so I called the customer service number provided on their website. I talked to the most amazingly helpful customer service person I've ever encountered who assured me that all Zulily wanted was for me, the customer, to be completely satisfied. My money was refunded for my inconvenience but I didn't need to return the product, they were resending a new product to attempt to rectify the problem at no charge, and they apologized for my disappointment and inconvenience. There is nothing more a company could do to try to make up for a bad online shopping experience. I will never hesitate to shop with Zulily, they are the best!
