I placed an order for clogs on 12/22/25, expecting them to arrive by 12/26/25. However, they were shipped to Ohio and have been stuck in the same location since I ordered. When I contacted customer support, they essentially dismissed my concerns, saying it was my issue and that the items would arrive when they do. I even paid extra for faster shipping. I strongly advise against making purchases from this website as it seems they're taking advantage of customers during the holiday season and then urging us to just accept it. I have documented the entire interaction and plan to share it on social media to encourage others to avoid this site and hold the scammers accountable.
