Experience with app - I cancelled my subscription previously and was surprised to later see a new annual charge processed. While customer service advised that the activation occurred through my account, I did not intentionally re-subscribe to a 12-month plan.

Be very careful navigating subscription settings and renewal prompts, as it’s easy to commit to a new annual plan without realising.
