Experience with app - I cancelled my subscription previously and was surprised to later see a new annual charge processed. While customer service advised that the activation occurred through my account, I did not intentionally re-subscribe to a 12-month plan.
Be very careful navigating subscription settings and renewal prompts, as it’s easy to commit to a new annual plan without realising.
The instructor was lively, energetic, and passionate! The course material was clear and informative. However, we faced some issues with audio sharing on the platform, which took some time to resolve. It might be helpful to address this in the pre-course check-in!
