Do not use this company for travel insurance! I spent months supplying them with all my documents, dealing with different people, having to send documents several times, and only to receive a tiny amount of compensation in the end. They didn't cover any of my flight and accommodation costs when I couldn't fly due to a natural disaster! When I put in a complaint, it took them another few months to investigate - only to come back with 'sorry, there is nothing we can do'.
