I cannot understand all the bád reviews. I had to contact them once when I broke down on the N4 on a bank holiday Friday night. They were so helpful and reassuring. They worked hard to get a breakdown truck to me considering I am female and was alone. They organised a tow and both they and I tried to get me accommodation in the area, unfortunately due to the bank holiday that wasn't possible. Then then organised a taxi the 100 míle plus journey home. They covered as much as the cost as stated in my policy and I topped up the rest. Cannot express how grateful i was to their afterhours customer service team. And roadside assistance does not affect nó claims bonus in any way. Thank you Zurich
