My car got damaged in front of my house and i contacted my insurance to make a claim . After 3 weeks of going back and forth with them , mind you i was the one contacting them nobody gave me a call . I have been told my car was at a garage to be repaired and some parts will not be available till April , i was told point blank that there will not be any provision made to me while i wait for my car to be repaired . Jessica who works in the department basically told me i am to be stranded until my car is fixed. I find that very unacceptable and they are the most non-challant , obnoxious, lack of empathy, uncommunicative insurance provider, avoid them at all cost as they just take your money but will not provide any reasonable solutions if you need it . Absolutely disgusted 😤
