What a joke of an Insurance company. Avoid them if you can. Got my wife’s car broken into and after the gardai came and the insurance gave a replacement car for 7 days and since February the insurance took the car to the garage for repair and they said it won’t be fixed till April and my wife is stuck with no car no movement at all and the kids can’t go to school and also can’t even go to appointments. And we tried to talk to the them they said there is absolutely nothing they can do about it with a comprehensive insurance. So basically they are saying they don’t care. she has to wait till April for parts to come in from the garage. I am sure myself and my wife will definitely leave Zurich insurance and trust me i will make sure all my friends too. They have no sympathy or feel remorse about what is going on with you and they keep taking money every month. They expected my wife to go get a replacement till April for herself and why is she paying insurance if they are not reliable
