I bought a Gates Executive chair. Unless you are a bigger person that likes a lot of lumbar support, you may not want this chair. I'm 5'11" and 157 pounds, the lumbar support is too high on my back and a lot of lumbar curve. The employees admitted there is a lot of support and this chair is for a bigger person.They sent me a Stirling, it has two inches less lumbar support and I was going to send back the Gates. The seat on the Stirling only had two of the four holes drilled to attach the base so I could not put it together, there was two marks where the holes should have gone but no holes.This will be our last purchase from Zuri.
