I would rate this experience as zero stars if possible, due to feeling misled and ignored by the company. As a charity, we struggle to secure funding and had requested to terminate a contract months ago. Despite this, payments continued without notice. This organization failed to act on our termination request and has left us in a difficult financial position. I urge others to think carefully before engaging with a company that operates in this manner.
