I've been a member on and off for four years. After much deliberation, I bought the indoor setup, only to experience persistent Wi-Fi issues with the device. Their customer service has been unhelpful. I was hoping for a replacement, but I'm still waiting for a reply after five days. Initial responses were automated, and when I finally reached a human, I was given basic troubleshooting steps. The Wi-Fi issues persist, causing disconnection during races.
