WARNING FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS

TO ANYONE CONSIDERING AN INDOOR TRAINER… I invested over £1,000 and ordered an indoor trainer on January 2nd, but I'm still missing the main frame. While other parts arrived promptly on January 3rd, the frame's tracking has been confusing. It started in Hinckley, moved to my local depot, and then to Aberdeen, where it has been stuck since January 8th. A representative reached out on January 10th, promising to investigate if I hadn't received it, but my attempts to get help have been futile. I have parts that I can't use without the frame (like handlebars and the core), and it seems I'm not alone in this issue. With countless unanswered emails and no direct contact options, I regret placing my order with this company.

Living in Austria, I see the monthly subscription advertised at 19.99 EUR. Yet, I am charged 19.99 USD monthly, which translates to roughly 21.2 EUR. Zero Support from Customer Service

After much thought, I purchased an indoor trainer directly from the company, which turned out to be a mistake. While three packages arrived on time, I'm still waiting for the main frame, which has been missing for over a week. The delivery charge seemed reasonable initially, but with the delay, it feels unjustified. My attempts to contact customer service resulted in automated replies and no real answers. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you want: no support, delayed deliveries, and missing parts, then this company is for you. I wish I could rate them with zero stars.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I've been a member on and off for four years. After much deliberation, I bought the indoor setup, only to experience persistent Wi-Fi issues with the device. Their customer service has been unhelpful. I was hoping for a replacement, but I'm still waiting for a reply after five days. Initial responses were automated, and when I finally reached a human, I was given basic troubleshooting steps. The Wi-Fi issues persist, causing disconnection during races.

Extremely Poor Service

The service is terrible. Their customer support is nonexistent, relying solely on AI. I purchased my equipment after Thanksgiving and have only managed to use it once due to constant connection issues. If you're not tech-savvy, there's no one to assist you. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Great Product, Terrible Support

The equipment is fantastic, but the customer service is a mess. It takes 3-4 days to get a response, and changing payment options or canceling orders is nearly impossible. There's no phone support, and their website lacks a cancellation feature. If you want to change your order, you must wait for delivery and then return it, which is not ideal.

Great App, Lacking Support

I enjoy the app, but for a $20/month subscription, the customer service should be better. After encountering an issue with power-ups, I received generic troubleshooting advice.
