I bought a pot three years ago, and the nonstick coating started to fall apart around the rim. When I contacted customer service, they said it was eligible for warranty replacement, but I had to cover the return shipping costs. I paid about $40 to send it back, only to receive a smaller pot (2 quarts instead of 4). When I asked about this, they told me the original pot was out of stock. Their policy states that replacements might not be exact if the item isn't available. However, I saw the item was listed as in stock on their website that day. If I had known I would get a smaller pot, I wouldn't have returned the original.
