Frypan Peeling Issue After Minimal Use

The frypan began to peel after just three months of light usage. The warranty stipulates that I must ship the item back, costing 80% of the pan's price, which exceeds that of similar products from other sellers. I will likely steer clear of this brand in the future and reconsider purchasing any additional equipment from this line, despite previous satisfaction.

Frustrating Replacement Process

I bought a pot three years ago, and the nonstick coating started to deteriorate around the rim. When I contacted customer service, they said it could be replaced under warranty, but I had to pay for return shipping. I spent about $40 to send it back, only to receive a smaller pot (2 quarts instead of 4). When I asked about this, they informed me the original pot was out of stock. Their policy does state that replacements may not be exact if the item isn't available. However, I noticed that the item was listed as in stock on their website that same day. Had I known I would receive a smaller pot, I would not have returned the original.

Expensive Knives with Quality Issues

They offered a free knife for submitting a review of my purchase. After putting in the effort to write a detailed review with photos and a video, I received an email saying that my review was "moderated" and not published, without any explanation or chance to edit. It seems they only allow positive feedback on their site. I previously ordered a knife block set, and the knives arrived with chips and gouges in the handles. Very disappointing quality; I wish I could share photos to illustrate what a waste of $200 the knife was.

Excellent Cookware

The cookware is of really good quality. I purchased three nonstick pans and a wok, and I am very pleased with them. They are easy to clean and promote healthy cooking, as they do not use harmful coatings.

Poor Quality Spice Mill

I do not recommend their battery-operated spice mill; it was completely ineffective. The first one lasted only three months, and the second one broke down three months later. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt, so I couldn't claim warranty service. Upon opening it myself, it seemed like a design flaw caused the failure.
