Scammer! Bought OnClouds Tilt. They had a horrible plastic odor. After some research I was sure these were fake. Emailed them - they offered 50% refund to keep the fake smelly sneakers. Never heard back. I contacted my credit card company and they credit me and settled the dispute with the company. Always use a credit card - it’s easier to dispute purchases!
I wanted to return a pair of shoes because I did not like the over all fit. After several emails and repeat photos that they requested they offered 50 % for the unworn shoes. It also took longer than they said to receive the shoes and they were slow yo respond to emails.

This company is a scam! I buy a lot of On Cloud sneakers and this pair didn’t fit right. When I asked to return they wanted me to send pictures of the shoes and the box which is so bizarre. After reading all these reviews, I have a feeling they won’t authorize a return so I’ll be calling Amex to reverse the charges. I don’t actually think the shoes are legit.
