Review Time
The odd Cage Diaper order that went wrong; we received 11⅜x17¼” when we ordered our usual 10x12". First I made sure I didn't push the wrong item button when ordering; we ordered our usual backed up by screenshot, email, and paper shipping invoice. Sent email but reply only asked if I wanted a product exchange, nothing like an apology, and would have to return the wrong items first. No idea how that would work so sent the question via email reply. When no answer I called which felt a bit odd because we had been told we couldn't order by phone anymore but no other way to discuss the issue in real time. Short-ish version of two phone conversations: Customer Service spoke to shipping, a return was apparently going to be too complicated. Eventually offered to send what we ordered and keep the wrong ones but declined that notion as we had used a few of the wrong-sized pads; while not optimal they were useful and we could always cut them down, just asked please make sure it doesn't happen again. (We'll see...) In the end Customer Service processed a small refund for our trouble....good save by Sam.
My order was sent to a random person at a random address 30 miles from where my salon is. I had to drive very far out of my way to go and pick it up. It was a disservice to the person who it was sent to, and it was certainly a waste of my time, especially during this very busy time of year.
