It's been almost a week and I can tell an improvement in mouth odor. Easy to apply to gums/teeth with a finger and my Chihuahua doesn't seem to mind it. Owners have to be diligent with mouth care and using the toothpaste gel and oral (antiseptic) gel help make it an easy process. I think they are great products!
