Order did not arrive. Been 7 weeks since i made the order. No replacement. No refund. Customer care bot just says your case has been escalated and we'll be in touch. Robbed.Its been nearly 2 months now still no order received. Customer service just lie and say your complaint is being processed. They won't issue a refund or send a replacement out, just lie and tell you it takes 10 days. its been 60 days now and nothing. Do not buy anything from these peaople they will rob you.
