Having used the company for several months I had to contact to find out when I would receive order as not received. Was advised it had been delivered despite explaining repeatedly I had not received delivery. Quite frankly, the call handler was rude. I have now spent days with repeated messages to and fro, having to complete a signed declaration that my order has not been received and still no refund or replacement order whilst they 'investigate'. Worth noting the delivery company is Evri (the delivery company that doesn't deliver). Such terrible customer service.
