Have contacted customer service over receiving a damaged pack and over an email telling me a promo sample was being sent out but nothing being received. Replies seem auto generated as they continuously ask for info that’s already been given, there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact the company than through the messages option in your account and requests for further contact details and to escalate matters are just ignored. I’ve put in a few orders and the pouches are nice with quick delivery, but if you are unfortunate enough to have any problems you are on your own.
