Have never had an issue with Zzoomm until today. We experienced a power cut at our area, which was promptly restored. Everything else has started working correctly, but we now have no Internet. I have spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to have the issue resolved and have had no luck. I'm unsure how a power cut could cause an issue with the equipment but here we are. But my main concern is that they have scheduled an engineer which can only attend in 20 days time, which will leave me without Internet access for this period. I explained that we work from home and need Internet and also that half of our appliances use it to aid the running of our houses (boiler etc). Very disappointed and not very reassuring that we won't be seen for 20 days and there is no guarantee of a fix on that date. You would think they would prioritise existing customers and there issues and if they were why is there a 20 day wait for issues to be fixed? It would suggest everyone is having an awful time with them. From this experience I wouldn't recommend using them, Internet access has become an essential, which is now not being provided.
