Zzoomm has been brilliant in the time I’ve used it. Connection was always spot on and whenever there was any disruption they would send a message to inform when connection would be back online. Also, customer support is very good, especially my experience with James who was very helpful and friendly in regards to my queries. Would certainly recommend Zzoomm!

Haleem (hope I’ve spelt that right) was so lovely and helpful. He was respectful, funny and made everything really easy to understand. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on and asked if I needed him to go over anything. He was super professional and probably one of the best sales men I’ve ever dealt with 😊 he definitely gave us an extra reason to switch to zzoomm. Thank you!! X

Khaled was great. He took the time to ensure all systems were back up and running, after a few attempts of trying different things, everything was working again. He also ensured he put information onto the system about the issues we have had and exactly how he managed to fix them, so would be there for any future occasion.

Have never had an issue with Zzoomm until today. We experienced a power cut at our area, which was promptly restored. Everything else has started working correctly, but we now have no Internet. I have spent 50 minutes on the phone trying to have the issue resolved and have had no luck. I'm unsure how a power cut could cause an issue with the equipment but here we are. But my main concern is that they have scheduled an engineer which can only attend in 20 days time, which will leave me without Internet access for this period. I explained that we work from home and need Internet and also that half of our appliances use it to aid the running of our houses (boiler etc). Very disappointed and not very reassuring that we won't be seen for 20 days and there is no guarantee of a fix on that date. You would think they would prioritise existing customers and there issues and if they were why is there a 20 day wait for issues to be fixed? It would suggest everyone is having an awful time with them. From this experience I wouldn't recommend using them, Internet access has become an essential, which is now not being provided.

Currently having a shocker with zzoomm it was installed on the 6th February was fine until about 8pm the same day until the internet went off I phoned customer service the next morning to be told a engineer won’t be available until the 26th February starting to think it’s 3 months free because it’s doesn’t work for 3 months starting to regret my decision already! my wife is fuming was looking forward to playing some pc games but now I have to sit next to her telling me she told me so not impressed

Outstanding Service from Omar and Ryan

Omar and Ryan truly exemplify exceptional service. The issue was more complex than anticipated, but they dedicated all their time and energy to restoring my Internet promptly. While in my home, they were extremely courteous and considerate, even removing their boots at the entrance to keep the doormat clean.

Exceptional Support During Internet Outage

I encountered a complete outage of our fibre internet on 10th January 2026. Attempts to reboot the system were unsuccessful. I contacted technical support and had the pleasure of speaking with a very professional and friendly representative who was well-informed about the potential issues with fibre internet and its components. Thanks to his expertise, we were back online in no time, without needing an engineer visit. I truly appreciate the representative's knowledgeable and approachable demeanor. If you require assistance, you couldn't ask for better support than what I received.

Disappointing service and connection issues

The customer service is severely lacking, with infrequent responses to emails. The internet connection is very unreliable, frequently dropping out for periods ranging from 10 minutes to over an hour. The support team appears to ignore complaints for weeks, seemingly hoping that customers will give up or that the issue will resolve itself temporarily. Overall, the costs add up to be quite high.
