Cost £20 and gave no more information than I already entered. Totally useless and waste of money.
Following upon the response from 192.com. I purchased the background report which should have included information such as addresses, co occupants etc as shown in the sample report.
This was not the case with nothing more than the information I'd entered being shown.
This report is purchased as a package and not with credits.
I requested a simple search for an old friend and her husband, knowing they lived in Cornwall. The service confirmed their location, which I expected. However, when I tried to obtain more information for a fee, it only reiterated that they lived in Cornwall. That was the extent of the information provided. It was an extremely frustrating experience!
Unfortunately, like many others, I haven't fully utilized all the resources this site offers. However, I have been fortunate to receive assistance from knowledgeable and responsive customer service representatives. A special thanks to a representative who dedicated their time and expertise to guide me effectively. While this site may not provide every answer you seek, the support you'll receive is truly invaluable.
