If I could rate this agency with zero stars, I would. I chose them based on strong recommendations, but my experience was far from positive. The communication was unprofessional from the beginning. They consistently called outside of the times I specified, prolonged the audit unnecessarily, and refused to share basic findings unless I created a presentation for them. To make matters worse, they were unwilling to meet during the availability windows I clearly communicated. I collaborate with agencies regularly and have never encountered such poor handling of a process. It was a complete waste of time. I cannot recommend them to anyone.
