I am very disappointed with the service I received. From the beginning, the team could not create my product as per my communicated expectations. When I tried to cancel my order due to these issues, I was told a cancellation fee would be charged. This felt unreasonable since the service provider could not deliver even a simple design as requested. Consequently, I felt compelled to accept one of their proposed designs. However, upon delivery, the final product looked completely different from what was approved. Had I known this would be the result, I would never have chosen to work with them. I will not be using this service again and strongly advise others to reconsider before proceeding.
