I'm not great with flyer design. I spent ages looking at templates & tried to design myself but it was taking me too long. So, I used their design service for £24. I uploaded my logo, advised wording, colours etc & they came up with a perfect design of which I was happy with first attempt. Ordered leaflets & they arrived promptly. Really happy.
Absolutely amazing service easy to make the template, the quality is amazing and delivery was so quick very satisfied, will recommend to my friends and family and will definitely use again ❤️
Ordered 3 x baseball caps and 3 x beanie hats plus 10 x pens with my business logo on them. Order places on Monday 3rd of February and received them on the 5th February. The quality of the hats are absolutely incredible and the logo looks brilliant as its stitched on. Over the moon with the result and I will definitely be making more purchases.
I was given an amazing customer service by VistaPrint agent. Very fast response to resolve design detail issue, an my error on my part without added charges. Order was corrected and dispatched. I received the order within days even though they said it takes 2 weeks.

My design looked centered on the preview. Unfortunately the stickers were not as shown. Also the courier did not deliver to the address stated. They made an excuse that no one was available when clearly I was.
Had to make a trip to the nearest drop off point to pick up. Very dissatisfied.
I ordered 100 Metallic business cards, they were sent to me a few days later, but were glossy cards and not metal at all, so I went on live chat and they said they would fix it for me, today I received exactly the same type of card....I went on chat and essentially it is my fault as their term of metallic is not the whole card, just a style of gloss....Impossible to order correctly from this site and have wasted 2 weeks and still not got the correct ones as now they do not make the ones I wanted....their wording is appalling on products and I am left to feel like an idiot, as it is my fault for believing a metallic business card is not metal, but in fact card.....shambolic
I encountered some challenges while designing items I wanted to order and ended up leaving a few in my basket. A representative contacted me and offered their assistance. I shared my requirements, and they helped me create the pens and banners just as I envisioned them. Outstanding service!
