We had all our windows, and front and back doors replaced by these guys recently.
The moment Martin came to discuss what we were looking for, it was clear he wasn't like the people we'd already seen from "bigger better companies".
His focus was on us. He was interested in what we needed and we're looking for, and genuinely found the best solution for us, even if that meant pointing things out or making suggestions which meant we'd pay less.
The overall price quoted was then significantly less than those other companies, for what is certainly not a lesser product.
Around 6 weeks later everything was done, and only took about 2 and a half days once the work started.
They kept us posted proactively throughout and we didn't have to chase them or anything like that.
The quality of the windows, doors and workmanship is excellent and we're really happy with all aspects of our dealings with 1st for Windows.
