I have an affiliate account with 1xPartners and currently have a balance of $48 that they refuse to pay out.
For a long time, I have been contacting their support team regarding this payment. Every time, they give different excuses and keep delaying the process. Sometimes they do not reply for days, and when they do, they provide vague or contradictory answers.
I have full proof and detailed records of my account balance and communication with their support team, yet the issue is still not resolved. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially for an affiliate program that claims to be reliable.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend working with 1xPartners. If they cannot even process a small payout, it raises serious concerns about their honesty and reliability.
I hope this review helps others avoid the same problem.

But support is always there, always on the phone. They respond within 20 minutes maximum. Respect to the affiliate for the fact that so organised the work!

I`ve been working with the program long enough to compare it with a few other and the difference for me is the human factor. When a campaign underperformed I didn`t get generic advice I got a clear breakdown of what looked off (traffic quality signals, landing mismatch and where users were dropping). After adjusting the setup and swapping creatives, the trend turned around within a couple of weeks. Communications has been processed correctly on my side
My manager actually answered practical questions (tracking links, geo setup, which creatives usually get approved faster). Results improved after a few tweaks. The only reason it`s not 5 stars is reporting - sometimes i had to double check numbers across a couple of section. Payments came through just one cycle felt slightly slower than usual

I never see such as bad partner program ever. First they have irresponsible, careless support . Second they are have not standard rules . Every person on network says diffferent rules. Dont think you are see 1xbet in more places and they are some big clubs sponsor, they are scamming they are not honest network.
