Extremely dissatisfied with the service

I am quite unhappy with this service. I reported that my package was indicated as delivered, but nothing has arrived at my address. I also verified that none of my neighbors received it. Since then, I have not heard back regarding my complaint for three days, and the package remains unaccounted for. The absence of communication and support is very frustrating. At this stage, I cannot endorse this service based on my experience.

Nothing has arrived

I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I reported that my package was marked as delivered, yet nothing has reached my address. I also verified that none of my neighbors received it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

No posters received and no response after 6 weeks!

I placed an order for my son six weeks ago, but no posters have arrived, and I have sent multiple emails without any reply! It’s impossible to get in touch! My son has spent a lot of money and is very upset about not receiving anything, and now the money seems wasted! I would not recommend this at all! Terrible!
