Fake, order doesn’t arrive. I’ve seen this company get advertised for over a year now, they’ve used different websites, instagram pages deleted, and countless fake reviews made from fresh accounts. Don’t trust this scamming company. They also say on their website their trustpilot score is over 4.5 stars HAHAHA. That’s how you know they’re looking for people who wouldn’t double check. Disgusting.
Greta company just getting to where they need to be but have some issues they have to figure out but overall love the clothing the material the quality great customer service answered me everyday wondering about my package and updated me
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!! - I placed an order November 2025 for my son’s 18th birthday gift. We are now in February 2026. No news, no updates, no delivery.Tired of hearing their bs about the delay. It’s unacceptable. Quick to take $$ then radio silence. My son didn’t receive a gift for his bday. No accountability
2theworld is an exce!lent and outstanding and more than 💯💯💯💯 company in every way I recently bought my son an outfit from 2theworld it fits my son perfectly the clothing is high quality and totally unique the workmanship is outstanding it's PERFECTION and my son gets lots of compliments whenever he wears his outfit and I am over the moon with my purchase and I also recently bought my son another outfit from 2theworld absolutely stunning unique clothing with beautiful logos gorgeous embroidery too perfection and lovely colours and thankyou 2theworld for being SIMPLY THE BEST. I can't remember the exact date that I received my parcel so I have put 29th July hope this is okay.😊👍💋
The quality of the material corresponds to the description on the website. But, the sizes of clothes are the bad experience I have had. I bought suit for my son which included hoodie and pants. And I choose Small size. When we got the order we realized that is too fit good , but bottom (pants) too small. I tried to contact support and asked for replacement or refund. I didn’t ask just refund based on the buyers rights (14 days of return without any reasons) And in few days I got answer from support what they are not responsible for sizes because all sizing chart with measurements will be in the images and also in the fit guide below, as we ask you check the full product page, where the sections below also show all materials and styles for the given clothing. So according to their statement customers just need to buy products first and if it is not fit, just buy another one to get the right size. Very weird service . Try to avoid this store in the future
This has to be one of the worst websites I have ever ordered from, they lie about the delivery, so to start I ordered with normal shipping, I was told it would be with me in 6-8 days it’s now been 11 days and still haven’t received it so messaged them via customer support and I was told that it takes 2-6 BUSINESS WEEKS TO BE MADE, DELIVERED TO THE WAREHOUSE, PROCESSED AND DELIVERED, so I wanted to have a refund guess what, they don’t accept refunds never ordering from them again
