Do not buy. I bought a jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It did not fit. Sent back on Dec 31st still no refund & spent £ 22 for postage which was nearly half the Cost of the jacket. At the moment out of pocket £75 & no customer service
Would never order from here again. I ordered a coat and it was too big and too long. The material felt cheap, like it was something from Shein. The coat cost £60! I contacted them for a return and they don’t offer free returns so I will have to pay for the returns postage myself.
i am satisfied with one of the jackets, just the material could be a lot better. also if i would’ve known that i need to pay the package myself if i send it back i would’ve only ordered one. i would really appreciate if you could meet me half way here, cause it’s barely making sense sending the grey jacket back even tho i don’t have a use for it. i am expecting that we can find a solution here, cause it was saying the returning process was free on your website. thank you, janine
