I ordered 2 sets and only one arrived in my mailbox; I contacted the client services and I didn't get any answer from them, any alternative offered; this is the first time that I'm not happy as I already ordered few times but as the company, you must be there when everything is going well as when the issue is occurring; being reactive is a key's success for your business! not happy guys, react quickly please!!!
The order took 6 weeks to arrive instead of 2 weeks as promised and at the wrong address! The parcel was then lost and we've never been able to obtain any form of compensation. Purchased for a Xmas present for children we were all so disappointed!
return shirt back in oct2024 because way to small for me consider it was a large and all my football shirts are this size. For many month with emails i found it was held in customs with the address they told me to use for returns. Today may2025 the parcel has return back to me. Proper SCAM
2 tshirts . Too big wanted refund as small is smallest size. After several emails . Kept offering to exchange . No don't want exchange . Then offered 20% refund and keep tshirts . No . then 30% . No . Sent back stupidly at my own cost to CHINA . And now company not responding to me at all and parcel sitting awaiting for duties and taxes to be paid that was over 2 weeks ago. So waste of time and money .... DONT USE THIS COMPANY !!
Disgusting company refuse a refund even though I hadn't received my order after numerous emails it's no going forward just saying my order is ready to ship and has been for the last 3 weeks. I've belive this company too be fake and untrustworthy. PLEASE DO NOT order from here because you are just losing money.
