Review Time
Ordered a small packet of screws for my mars 3, was charged £9.95 for delivery which I thought was very excessive but as I needed the screws in a hurry was willing to pay this delivery charge. The screws would have fitted in an envelope and 1st class signed for, I would have had the screws either next day or maybe on the 2nd day.I have now been told by the tracking info that they are estimating delivery 9 days after placing the order. For a £9.95 delivery fee this is crazy!!!I'm sorry but 3D print Monkey need to look at either their postage costs or their courier.
Expected the printer in 3 days arrived before I was out of bed, had to wait longer for my Amazon prime order of resin! Excellent quality machine, some slight damage on the FEP but outside print area. Saving up for my next machine. Less than £100 for a silver and orange elegoo mars, glad I saw it before the GW Killteam preorder.
I ordered the Elegoo Mars and was amazed at the condition the item was. It looked like it had just been shipped from the manufacture. Original box original packaging inside and all tools. I ordered the Grade A Model, Just waiting for the Mercury plus to become available. I would highly recommend 3D Print Monkey.
